Ayurveda or “Life Science”

The Ayurveda* is a method of care recognized since 1982 by the The World Health Organization (WHO).

Based on dietetics, phytotherapy, massage, meditation, breathing, yoga or singing, it helps to restore and maintain balance between your body and your mind...

Three vital energies bring together all the elements of the human being’s creation: these are the doshas known as: Vâta, Pitta, Kâpha (Sanskrit names). These are the different aspects of the same energy, and they change in relation to each other in a permanent balance.

In the event of physical and physiological disorders, the Ayurvedic therapist tries to rebalance the doshas. He talks about the fact of reducing, calming down, reinforcing various doshas.
